The grandtwins have their costumes already. One is going to be a Pumpkin PRincess and the other is going to be a Squirrel Princess. The story behind this is that the costumes were bought last year and are purple and orange princess style. They are adamant they want to be a squirrel (Sophia) and a pumpkin (Caitlyn) SOOOO necessity is the mother of invention and I invented the names LOL Perhaps next year I will get a chance to make costumes like I did last year. Only time will tell.
I am so happy for you that you got a sewing machine.

I hope you dont follow my lead and store more material than you can use LOL I still have projects I was planning to sew from several years ago. I have to keep reminding myself dont buy more material than you can cut and sew ROFL

I didn't see this before. Congrats on the new sewing machine! I have one that seems to be broken. I was thinking of taking sewing lessons someday because I never learned. i think it would be very handy to be able to make clothes out of pre-shrunk material. Here in Canada they get away with selling clothing made from not pre-shrunk material and no matter how careful I try to be, things shrink.

Thanks Peppy, my mom taught me how to sew and make patterns, I have had a few patterns of stuff anumals I do not have any now but in time it will come.
