I will pop over, but as for thinning hair I would not know I guess I need to find out more about menopause, frankly I feel too young.

I did some research today and it turns out that it is not related to menopause.

Thinning hair can be caused by diabetes, auto immune diseases, thyroid problems, dietary problems, way too much vitamin A, and a lot of other things. That means I have to go to the doctor to figure out what the cause is before I can find out what treatment would work.

I have an appointment for Wednesday.

My appointment is tomorrow at 2:00 so I will probably get my glasses in a couple weeks after that.
So cold here I just want to stay wrapped up in my blankets.

I think stress can cause a lot of problems, it is good to learn to be happy and then you wont get as sick.

My hair is thin up on top and my mommy's hair was the same way. I'm also a diabete and have l think that has a lot to do with it. I just wash let my hair dry on it's own. I don't put any dye in it anymore. I'm gray haired now. LOL!!!
