I have a very basic one called GIF Animator which I use to alter smilies to suit myself, but I couldn't add any backgrounds in or have more than one animation included in it. The biggest thing I ever made with it was this, so you'll see how clunky it is. lol

then changed it some or added to it. Some times I stared with a still, the bab shotting, and my siggy,
with the gun. Any whay it takes time to get the hang of it.
