if your changing from electric to manual you may need the glass to as the runners are different iirc

Yes, it includes delivery and handles (if I can find them, can only see one at them moment)
You will not need to fit different glass if you're fitting these to a facelift car.

I don't know, but I assure you when I fitted manual window mechanisms inplace of electric ones on my track car it took me about 15 minutes from start to finish with no need to change the glass whatsoever.
Significant weight saving too
