Re: **Group Buy** BLACK instrument dials - 30 ppl required The reason the refunds took so long was that Paypal restricted my account until I had set up direct debit, I did this months ago but informed them that my name was spelt wrong and they went all investigative on me looking to know when I last had a **** and all that jazz.
