Hi Simon, I emailed you a while back about some oil for running in my rebuilt m10 engine. you recommended the Silkolene Superma 15w-50. can you just confirm that this is best for running in (been told not to use too good of an oil).

Id be very interested in 25 litre's and a pump for it if you do one.

I have been using Valvoline semi synthetic, what are the alternatives available for me mate?
