What size drill bit do you use to build your box? and how long are your dry wall screws? Do you use any other types of screws? Mainly, I just want to know what size drill bit do you use and do you have a certain brand, or which one is strongest. Mines keep breaking, maybe its the size, or its the quality. so yeah, help a brotha out.

What do you mean by drill bit? The one used to countersink, the one to predrill, or what?

I have a question in addition to Berny: is it best to use coarse screws or fine screws?

I do not use drywall screws on MDF. I use 1.5 inch #8 oval head sheet metal screws. I pre drill with a 1/8" drill bit then use a bit I purchased to drill ceremic tile to countersink the screw head. The ceremic bit is a lot harder and sharper than the normal countersink bit. Most boxes when properly cut can be assembled with a nailgun. Cuts must be 90 degrees though.
