Given the level of details & parts involved, more than likely 3-4 days after I cut all the parts and let them sit for a few days to stabilize before finish cutting, drilling and then assemble it.

I will look something similar to this when finished, just larger:

Yeah, well, given it's an xxx 18 and the power it's going to get, I 'm not going to build a wimpy enclosure for it.

Plus, the d@mn thing is going to weight more than a cast iron biatch so I lightened it up on the bracing structure.

Well, considering the subwoofer, enclosure design, the customer is getting his moneys worth and it won't take months to build, a few days tops.
