Yeah this is exactly what I was saying... nothing to talk or post about will make this place go down fast. I will see in the next couple days if I can get some new members in here.
I thought that we could make a name for this forum and submit it to runboard like all then other sites have done?

Well I just figured that's how it was because I have seen other runboard sites with their own names but I looked into it and that isn't how it works. You can't change the name of this forum's URL or we will lose everything.
What we can do is host it at another site like dot.tk. The free service will add popups but if we pay $19.90 for 2 years then we own the domain and there will be no popups. The site will stay exactly the same, only the URL will change.
The new URL will be www.lowdown.tk

well cant we just get thelowdown.com as a domain for like 9.99 a month and then just have it redirect you to the url we are at now?

I guess we could but I just didn't think everyone would want to chip in. This other option would only cost 20 bucks total for two years.
The interest in this place seems to have gone way downhill, only a handful of the original members even come here anymore, let alone post. It remains Jesse and Chad's decision as to what to do. I did everything I could to give this place a nice clean look and get all of the settings right, and it is up to them now in which direction we go.
