question regarding fi subs as ht subs

i know it will sound good and loud. but will it hit real low?

in the movie return of the king, there is a scene with the giant mammoths. that scene has one of the lowest hitting bass i've heard in movies. well lowest that really get loud too. i want to know how the fi sub would sound in that situation.

I haven't seen the movie but let me say this. I've watched movies where you hear no audible noise but things shake around you, even though my setup is tuned to 28hz. With me it's the bar glasses behind me, or the pictures shaking on the walls. That's low, at least to me, and that adds an element to the experience you can't explain in words. Yes the Q does that for me, as well as the Mag did, only deeper. Maybe not much, but worth it. emoticon

I listen to the voices in my head. It's ok, they know me here.
