Alpine iDA-X001

alright this was taking over the fav HU thread so i figured i would start its own

in the description it says no internal cd player...so you cant just pop in a cd and listen to it?

well ****. now that I see that it might not. alpine's site made it sound like it did but that might only be if you hook the 6 disc up to it. I cant imagine having a HU w/out a CD player...

ya see thats my thoughts exactly...cus even tho i would be using my ipod alot...i would still wanna be able to pop in a cd and listen to it

so if thats the deal then there is no chance i would ever get this unless i had a disc changer conveniently placed for easy access

here is a good view of the hu. its very nice.

without the cd player it will last longer imo. less moving parts. also if you get the cd changer, it would be sick.
