Hello how nice to see this site. I run www.britmovie.net so if you want a plug just ask.
I was born and raised in the same area as Emlyn. In fact we played in the same places. I have started putting a collection together of Emlyn goodies for myself.
I was also talking to his old pub tenants who want copies of articles etc to turn the pub into a Emlyn Williams theme pub, so that will be nice to see photo's etc hanging.
I'll be taking pictures etc soon so will post those.

Very nice to meet you, and so glad to read your post. How neat that you grew up in that same area. Emlyn makes it sound so idyllic. (Was it really a "warm bowl of peace" as he describes it?) In fact, it was reading his first autobiography that got me interested in learning Welsh. Ydach chi yn siarad Cymraeg? (Do you speak Welsh?) I would love to have someone to practice with.
I can't wait to see the photos of the pub. (Is it still called the White Lion?) In fact, next time I'm in the UK, I'm planning to come to Wales (for the first time). And now there may be an Emlyn Williams pub to visit as well! I will definitely put it on the itinerary. Please let us know how it's progressing.
I would love a plug for the site (thank you!), but I really do need to finish the bio. But that is a great incentive. I'll be glad to link to your site as well. Diolch yn fawr!
