Erydnor co-hosting tasks for Badon Hill
Hey all, as you know, Rome AND Erydnor are co-hosting this momentous event. It has been agreed that Rome and Eryndor will share a hand in all tasks, as equals. However, here's a few specific things we'll really be working on hard:
1. Weapon check (who would'a thunk it????)
2. Registration and Troll/Security (we'll be helping out massively during registration rush on sat. morning AND taking shifts into the night)
3. Heralding and setting upt he battlefield (lots of field battles, this shouldn't be much work). If you're not fighting in a given fight, PLEASE grab a herald tabbard and help out!
4. Super-Mega-Party Nights - We'll be expected to help bring the party to everyone and get things rip roarin', some boring tasks as well, of ocurse.... sounds tough.... ;-)
5. Feast - We'll probably be helping with simple tasks like cutting cheese and veggies, setting up the food and cleaning up.
Yes, I know its a far drive to help run an event... but if we do this RIGHT, we'll be setting the stage for OTHER groups to grab the reigns next year, and the following year, and the following year... so WE can 100% relax at Badon Hill in the future! Woot!

weapons check and heralding you got me for. I am hoping I will be 100% for this event , but if I am not, I would like to helpout in any way possible. So count me in for those.

*shrugs* you'll be missed Bella... but no worries! I'm sure there will plenty of Romans and Eryndorrim in attanedance ot take care of business without being overburdened... I know most Eryndorrim have never seen a Ragnarok with <600 people, but a weekend campout with about 400 is SO MUCH EASIER top run than a whole Ragnarok!
