The menu you have posted sounds good, but seriously, a green vegetable of some sort would be good to add to each dinner. Broccoli or green beans or something.

When cooking for masses, I tend to avoid heavy spiceing... I'll have condoments there for your use... But generally I'll make stuff "plain".

I'm going to be honest Stell, over the years I've seen a lot of feasts at events, and really the only "green" that gets served (most of the time) is lettuce. Why? Because the time that I have seen other greens, most of them go to waste. We're all little kids at heart, and those ucky veggies are -not- what most of us want to eat. If anyone really -does- want proper nutrition, they should probably have some stuff of their own.
That's my take on it.
