-Tenitive Menu for the event-
Friday Evening: Not sure yet...
Saturday Morning: Pancakes, Crumbled Sausage, Fruit
Saturday Evening: Turkey Mash, Potatoes, Corn, Mac-N-Cheese, Green Veggie and maybe a sweet surpise.
Sunday Morning: Left-overs
Available all times: Water, fruit, breads, sweets, home baked goodies made by my lady! These will be "sold" at the kitchen in town.
Whatcha think? Ideas for friday eve? I did beans and ham with bread last year.

Beans and ham sounds good. Any chance that you'd be able to find fresh corn from a farm stand nearby or something? Corn on the cob would go great with that  Or even just to sell for lunches....

THe corn would be up to my helper buying the stuff (Tailia). Once I get a budget from "the guys in charge" I'll be able to decide.

Definitely... I like our local farmers market and usually their prices are much better than somewhere like meijer.
Oo.. I totally have an idea for something sweet on sat. night- maybe like an apple dish (easy, cheap and tasty)
Vegetarian folk: Most of this stuff is vegie friendly or can be made vegie friendly- I think the only thing I am going to do besides separate some of our stuff from the meaty things is try to supplement the meals with a protein.
Rowan you = super awesome! this sounds sweet.
