Needs and Things
Im going to kick off a list of things that I need for the town / kitchen.
Then I shall do a list of wants and things you can bring to this LARP to make it feel more real.
Needs
-A couple LARGE cooking pots
-Aluminum "Serving" pans
-Can Opener (didn't have one last year)
-A open fire cooking screen
*or*
-A tripod fire cooker
-Knives/Big Spoons/Serving stuff
-Plates,bowls,cups ect to eat on.
Now Im looking for people who have these that can bring/send them to cut the costs for the "kitchen" if you have quwstions about stuff, post it here or email me.
Wants
-Table Cloths for the "Town and Tavern"
-Tiki's and citrolnella fuel
-Portable CD player with batteries
-Medieval-y CDs
-Stuff that will add "atmosphere" to the game. Exp: Period Mugs and plates, Cards or period games (chess is great), Knick-nacks to put on the tables, candle sticks ect.

I have a very large stockpot, and I'll bring my cooking utensil box, which has a can opener.
Will you want me to bring my 8ft. table? And should I bring my screen tent for the hospital?

Stell- A large stockpot would be amazing... as would ANYTHING else you want to bring for comfort and appearance.
And Awesome Noroko!
We are having and estimate of 80 people at this crossroads as per the council, so I need 8-10 of the large aluminum cooking/serving pans.
Respond soon if you think you can bring more of the aformentioned gear ANYBODY!

I have tiki torches and citronella, but I'm not sure how many of them I can fit into my car, I'll try and bring as many as I can.

If you can get it awesome! I figure that I or somebody will be going into the mundain world Friday eve to get anythings that were needed and missed.
I don't want to have to do that though.
Noroko, did you get the aluminum cooking/serving pans?
