 can we get a updated list of practices (indoor, outdoor ECT) for north, south and BG please?

River Downs has practices, hell or high water (virtually) on Sundays from 1 PM to 4 PM.

North Practices begin in Jan, on Sundays in the Rec Center of Oakland University.

Start time is noon
End time is four.
