Updates from October 8 Meeting
By-Laws Update: More of a clarification... but here it is -- Rank requirements that require the ownership or production of equipment (weapons, bows, garb, armor) will only be performed as the FINAL STEP in rank evaluation, and they will be performed in a single instance.
