HOLIDAY DINNER December 20th, Monroe MI
Eryndorium,
Everyone knows that ALL of Eryndor is invited to the Holiday Dinner. The Holiday Dinner is a Potluck gathering, so bring your favorite dish to share. This is a non-garb gathering.
When? Saturday, December 20th,
from 6:30pm to 11:00pm+ (To be Confirmed).
Where? Redeemer Fellowship Church

We have this location again THANKS to MAXYOR. Thank you very much Maxyor!
Entering? Park in the back. Enter through the GYM doors, back by the playground on the southside of the building.
What To Bring?
1. This is a potluck dinner, so bring a food dish to share! You can even get with your friends to make a dish to bring together!
2. Bring CANS! The church is kindly renting us the facilities for a very affordable cost, it would be great to show our thanks by helping them restock their food closet with canned foods!
3. Also Maxyor would like to put together a silent auction where the proceeds go to a ministry they support. If you can please bring an item to be silently auctioned away!
4. Anything that is fun to do.
About:
1. There's a KITCHEN with a FRIDGE for us to use!
2. This is a DRY LOCATION, that means no drinking, not even in the parking lot. If you want to drink go to a buddy's house near by please. <3
3. PLEASE do your part to help clean up.

Hooray! Sidia and I will be able to make it up for this, can't wait to see the fam!
Also - for the silent auction -- cool idea, and it would be great to help the church. Are we doing the silent auction AT the dinner, or are we asked to donate items FOR a later silent auction the entire church is having?
If its the former, I'll bring some Dag stuff to be auctioned.

Is there a reason the date was changed for this? I made sure to take the time off of work so I could be at the dinner only to find out that the date has been changed with less than a month beforehand.

It is actually over a month away...
Anyhow the date was changed because the original date was meant to be after school was out and before Christmas. So in January we estimated that would be the 13th. When we found out it wasn't the decision to change the event became the non-battle planners decision. The Presidents. So knowing what was originally intended, I changed the date to the twentieth.
Sorry for the inconvenience and if some people are now not able to go I'm even more sorry... :<
I'm looking into the silent auction questions. When I first heard about it from Maxyor I assumed it was a Dag' auction for us, with the proceeds going to the ministry.

Yeah for the far southern people coming home!!!!!!! and yeah for feasting!!!!! Can't wait to see everyone there.
Does Maxyor need any help getting the place set up for the feast bc I could try to come early if help is needed.

It's very possible that Vladimir and I will not be able to make it to the dinner since this just happens to be the same day as my graduation from UT.

I can see that you are hurt by this 
I am sorry that this date change is conflicting with mundane life. You and Vlad will be sincerely missed at the Dugan long-table, but we will be sure to Hail in your honor for graduating on that important day!
