UPDATE: Called the park today, and told them we have used the park previously, and interestingly enough they said their policy for 'our group' may have changed, meaning they may now think fighting with foam weapons is too violent XD. Anyway, they said they are re-checking their policy, but it shouldnt be a problem.
They will have an answer for me tommorow..but so far they are ok with it.

Update for you, rathis, the park supervisor for large group reservation called me today and said its not a problem to host an event on halloween...all we need to know is the name of the area we normally use...
so if anyone knows that...thatd be helpful..meanwhile, im checkin out a map to find out
But we are a go, if you would to host ur event there, it is a yes.

hey is anyone opposed to just having this event at the south practice spot? how's about a super casual event? totally free.
I am going to be very busy with Nafien and Sadine's wedding the week before, as i am the best man.(this weekend). and again, we did not anticipate/want this event in the first place. So i am trying to think of the most reasonable/acceptable way to make it still happen. I've been busy with my actual life and right now the last thing i'm going to stress over is Dagorhir. So, please leave feedback or opinions/suggestions. Sorry dudes.

that would mean oking it through the university which is something i'd have to look into as well ...and as much as that is a good idea....i say if you want a quick and easy event...it will be much easier to have it at secor...we alrady got the ok...so there is nothing else more to do.
