Is that true?
I always thought it was something to do with his face, since they stomped on his arms and weren't really in position to rip his balls off anyway...  This clip doesn't show it, but it then shows a close-up of his face, it looks distorted in some way, but I can't work it out... And how was that supposed to kill him anyway? Was he dead or just beaten up?
Can someone upload a longer version of this clip, where Ilsa first introduces the girls "them" ... and up to where the scene finishes?

Well, poor position aside, the girls DO come up with something bloody in their hands (no wonder the guy had blood on his face also), and Ilsa made a remark about the victim now being a eunoch, and the sheik turned away like he was going to vomit. No, maybe it wasn't SHOWN, but I will stick to that explanation: they yanked his cujones out.
