Naomis death in "The Spy who loved me": Blow up in her helicopter. More spectacular would been a catfight between her (in her bikini-outfit) and Barbara Bach which ended in the shark-pool... Bach finally escaped but Naomi ended as fish-food!

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
Unfortunately, henchwoman deaths are so often disappointing. Here are just a few examples:
"Blind Fury":
Blind swordsman Rutger Hauer cuts up a tough henchwoman during a chase in a cornfield. (Then the censors came and cut the scene out of the movie.)
Almost the same happened in "Desperado". And in a lot of movies the scissors in the scriptwriters head cut the dead scene out before it is filmed.
"Chill Factor":
Hudson Leick is slowly reduced to a skeleton by the chemical weapon. (At least this is what happens to the main villain while she is exposed to the gas too.) However, we do not see or hear anything of her since she got knocked out a minute before.
For some reasons, graphic female death scenes seem to be something completely different then graphic male death scenes.
"Cobra 11 - Die Schwarze Witwe" (German TV), and many other movies:
Great villainess (in this case a very competent hitwoman) is mortally wounded in the final shootout, and then completely ridiculed by falling in love with the hero.
I guess, that's the worst of all.

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
There's probably more of these than SATISFYING henchwomen/villainess deaths.
And the most disappointing are the ones that don't die at all... they just disappear! Two examples:
Evil/sadistic/lesbian warden Sybil Thorne (played by Ty Randolph) in CAGED FURY orders her guards to kill all the girls in their cells. It sounds like a set-up for her to meet the main heroine in a final, climatic fight to the death. But no... she just disappears.
Monique Gabrielle as Miss Poinsetta in RETURN OF THE SWAMP THING is a deadly guard who totes a machinegun. In the final shootout, she just disappears.

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
Since my 'thang' is machine guns, I'd have to say almost any henchwoman death fits the bill as 'disappointing' for me - as so few seem to be despatched this way.
Particular disappointments for me would have to include any of the 'nazi women in prison' genre - so many MP40s knocking around - such a waste that they all seem to get electrocuted/bestialised/raped by inhuman monsters
Also pretty peeved with Xenia Onatopp's death in Goldeneye - the space station massacre is the best scene in movie history as far as I'm concerned - for her to go out in such a soppy way as a broken back was frustrating to say the least!
Some of the asian GWG films are pretty good - many of them have scenes where villainesses get cut down in a hail of gunfire - but there are plenty of disappointments here too - especially 'Naked Killer' - I was looking forward to seeing Carrie Ng get shot but she ends up being poisoned (the lamest method of death ever)

According to "Modern Firearms"
quote: "The MP-38 ... was replaced in production by externally similar, but less expensive MP-40."
Producers would always go for the cheaper gun.

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
Katerina Brozova in "Crackerjack 2" is just about my favorite henchwoman of all time-the look, the clothes, the utterly evil attitude (machine gunning hostages point blank, practicing dentistry with pliars)- she represents the outer limits of "evil". But her demise, being shot by the bad guy himself and falling down a hole, are far less than she deserves and what one would have hoped for, in the light of the sheer nastiness of the character.

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
I like my henchwomen to go down fighting(preferably unarmed), so anything else is a disappointment. But then there are fighting defeats that are disappointing too.
For example I found Double Impact very disappointing. The henchwoman, Cory Everson, could have beaten anyone in the movie to pulp without even breaking a sweat (except for the hero, Van Damme). Not only does she not get to fight anyone, when she faces Van Damme in the final showdown she dissolves from a cool, competent, bloodthirsty bodyguard into a crazed man-hater and she ends up simply being an outmuscled member of the weaker sex as he slowly but steadily powers a knife into her.
Although it isn't a death, I was also disappointed with James Bond vs. Bambi and Thumper. They were winning their fight against him but then some magical masculine superiority comes into play and he easily handles both of them.
As Jimbo noted, the disappointing ends greatly outnumber the satisfying ones.

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
It’s very difficult to choose, because unfortunately for us henchwomen on TV generally don’t win against goodies (except when they kills minor characters, what is better than nothing). So there are a lot of disappointing scenes where the bad girl can’t “finish her job” with the good guy, because of circumstances or good guy’s reaction.
I have 4 examples:
-The world isn’t enough: Electra king, very smiling, is strangling James Bond with her torture chair, while she is seated over his laps and kissing him. She’s on the point of finishing him after (or during?) her last kiss. But explosion and weapon noise: some stupid James bond’s friends choose this moment to attack her base.
Then she tries to finish her job in a panic but Bond escapes and she is killed.
-Goldeneye: as Superclive said. Another James Bond. It’s very desappointing to see Xenia Onatopp missing 2 of her famous and deadly bodyscissors against him, and to die after the 2nd.
- Once in mexico 2: Eva mendes is so gorgeous in her black combat clothes. I would love to see her killing the good guy who spoiled her plan with her gun on this mexican plaza, after her teasing and her last kiss. But he uses his ridiculous gadget, a wrong arm with a weapon, and she dies. What a waste!
- Robin hood.(movie or episod from a serie I don’t know) A very gorgeous girl want to push Robin hood in a venimous snake hole with her legs while teasing him and smiling. But he resists and finally she falls down and dies.
Sometime I would like to become multi-millionaire, to hire these actors and to start these scenes again with MY scenario.

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
Maybe we should form a pool to fund a movie?
One of the most disappointing movie makers was the late Andy Sidaris. He assembled the right ingredients, and then used them so badly. The only "good" bad henchwoman demises I recall in his "ouvre" are the ones in "Guns" with that shootout with the mirrors, and the speargun one in "Picasso Trigger". There may be others I forget, but given the type of movies he made, and the number of them, it's a very disappointing tally.
Isn't Elektra in "The world is not enough" a lead villain rather than a henchwoman?
That reminds me, the finishing of the 2 henchwomen in the low budget "Elektra" (1995) by the superpowered heroine, is utterly brilliant.
I differ from a number of others who have posted here as I don't care for the villainess or henchwoman being a good fighter or to show any courageous qualities. Nothing to confer anything admirable about the character, but to rather more resemble the traditional "bad guy"-evil without redeeming features-greedy, selfish, bullying, ruthless and basically cowardly. An evil "wimp". I guess, only a "toughie" when holding all the cards. I think Jasmine in "Crackerjack 2" is in this category. I don't like the tendeny to give women "villains" more noble motivations than most bad male characters, altruistic ends but unacceptable methods, or poignant backgrounds to explain away and mitigate bad actions (the "Black Scorpion" tv show was ruined by this). The very worst is the villain's henchwoman who deserts the bad guys cause-not because he's losing (villainous self interest), but because of some sort of development of conscience, or being unable to go along with the villainy any more because its got too "icky". Tv does this constantly, as does the James Bond series. Far better in this respect were rival Bond "rip off" movies, like the 2 Richard Johnson films "Deadlier than the male" (1966) and "Some girls do" (1968)-though the explosive henchwoman demises left much to be desired in those two, and the Matt Helm films "The Silencers" (1966) and "The wrecking crew" (1968), with Nancy Kovack and Elke Sommer respectively coming to well merited sticky ends.
One of the best tv shows for evil women and sticky ends was the 1990s show "Silk Stalkings", though they were often the chief villains rather than just henchwomen.
Anyway..I'm straying from the topic..
I think my worst of all would probably be Naoimi in that helicopter in "The spy who loved me", talk about disappointing....

Good thoughts, zipgun. I'm a fan of beautiful women out-witting men. I'd love to see the scene in "Some Girls Do", where two women disable a guy's car in order to tow him up a hill & release him to fall to his death. It's difficult to get a copy of this flick in the US.

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
"Some girls do" has Bebe Loncar and Daliah Lavi as assassins for villainous Carl Petersen played by James Villiers. They are Petersen's replacements for Elke Sommer and Sylva Koscina, who were blown up in the earlier film "Deadlier than the male". Petersen also has a bunch of sexy robot women here as his guards! Joanna Lumley appears briefly in the film as an assassin, but disappears (Brit movies-I dunno!). The villains are crushed as their HQ Crashes to pieces.

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
Pamela Hensley as Princess Ardala in Buck Rogers-Pilot:
Yes she escaped from the desaster and the blown up of her starship... But its was more thrill for me if she get a nice comeuppance! Ardala is a really hot (especially her outfits!!!) and evil Princess, and actually her doings must be punished with her demise! I would like her death like the turn out of the Tigerman. She had a very sexy catfight with Wilma (Erin Grey), Ardala defeats Wilma but she is distracted. During this the bothersome little robot takes some ammo from behind in her skimpy bikini. After this he knocked against her, so that Ardala stumbles on her heels away from Wilma... and finally she is blown to hell with a lovely moaning and a big bang!!!

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
I was disappointed with the that oriental villainess in Policewoman too. And I really dislike machine gunnings. In Agent of Death the villainess beat the crap out of the good guy with great attitude, only to be machine-gunned by her own boyfriend by accident. There was also a movie called Coalition, in which the wrestler Trinity was a muscular moll for one of the bad guys. She had real attitude; she pounded one guy and knocked out a woman with one punch. Then she just got mowed down in hail of machine gun fire in a mass execution. What a waste!

Of course, my favourite henchwoman Jessica Priest in Spawn movie, she died too early in the movie. I thought she should have a end fight with Spawn in the end of the movie.

You should read her story in the comic curse of the spawn. The story is centered around her (and only her, not spawn) trying to get the virus. She kills hundreds of people, bombs a country and gets off on it.

Re: Whats your most disappointing movie henchwoman death.
unfortunately im almost always disappointed. i prefer it when there's a good amount of body shots after the demise, and especially if there's more than one (an army of girls being defeated is the best, but this is rare) body piles are great too. also too much gore turns me off. it doesnt even have to be an evil babe
