Dr Rudrah Subrahmin reviews "The Spirit"

NO Catfight or Female Fights or Deaths in "The Spirit"
Scarlett Johansson doesn't get machine gunned either.

This is PG as you can get.

AND man Scarlett sucks as an actress. Wheew. She is gorgeous but inanimate. An alien decoy left by the UFOs to abduct earth men.

Yet Eva Mendes is a GODDESS, and every scene she is in she pulls off and makes look good.

ALL scenes with the (Samuel L. Jackson), Silken Floss (Scarlett Johansson ) suck in a 1960s TV Sci Fi comedy way.

The first 15 minutes of the film work and you mourn for the film they could have made. The tone goes wrone and the direction and editing and script are a shambles.

Sorry.

I can lust for Paz Vega... but in this she is given nothing to do and does that badly.

The early reviews of the film have nearly all been scathing in their assessment. This may not necessarily influence our enjoyment of it, but I fear the whole venture will prove to have been a wasted opportunity for rich 'evil babes' pickings - especially when we consider some of the babes involved. Yikes!

Paz Vega stars in a production of 'Carmen', there are clips of it all over the net. Anyone who's familiar with the story will probably find it...interesting.
