Villainess Boss or Henchwoman?
Do you like Villainess Boss or Henchwoman? I like henchwoman more as they are usually younger with greater body.
But I hate it when these henchwoman act alone and end up dying too soon. where are all the guys who are supposed to protect these babes?

Re: Villainess Boss or Henchwoman?
I personally like movies or T.V. shows with a combination of the two. Even though you don't see it a lot I like it where the criminals are all female. One of the best examples is the "Knight Rider" episode (Knight in Retreat)
They need to remake that episode on the new "Knight Rider" series. That would be awesome.

My favorite villainesses are hot women who are fit or muscular and who really get off on physically intimidating, overpowering, and/or beating up people in unarmed fights. They could be either henchwomen or bosses, although it is less likely that bosses get so physical.

Re: Villainess Boss or Henchwoman?
We don't get enough of either. It's high time villainy was an equal opportunity employer.
There is also a tendeny to convert a lead "villainess" into a heroine-"Catwoman syndrome.". Just as a young man could be a lead villain, I like to see a young woman as a lead villainess. But I guess at a push I'd go for hench-women. To be a lead villainess implies some intelligence, the capacity to devise fiendish plots etc. A follower, hired gun, whatever, can be ruthless and completely bad, but basically of inferior or average capabilities-which is my preference.
Just to run a mo with Tenakas post-
Yes-"Knight in Retreat" had the perfect lead villainess in Ann Turkel, playing as a sexy, scheming, very ruthless type.
The hench-women in it were good (well bad!)too. Randi Brooks was the main one. As mainly an f/f fan I would have preferred a female lead defeat the "Retreat" gang.

Exactly! Those are 3 of my favorites, although they were all underused. I also like To Gwai Fa.
