Busty Baddies - List here.
Thinking of doing a compilation / list of the bustiest bad girls.
Would appreciate any suggestions.
Try not to list girls that were already featured in the clips section.
And the demands for anime ladies are slightly higher than normal, since generic bustiness is the norm there.

Re: Busty Baddies - List here.
I've been meaning to contribute to this thread.
I feel I have a pretty vast knowledge of evil babes in anime. And because Drizzt is requesting busty bad girls from anime in particular, I think I can potentially make a strong contribution to this thread.
Today, I would like to begin by contributing a list of super villainesses from Gonzo's adaptation of Top Cow comic book series, "Witchblade". The Witchblade anime series premiered in Japan in 2006, and is 24 episodes in length. It was later licensed by FUNimation Entertainment for a stateside release. English language DVDs (with optional Japanese language and English subtitles) are currently available at most DVD retailers.
The story is about Masane Amaha. Masane is a clumsy, but good-natured woman who is discovered at the site of a cataclysmic accident at the center of Tokyo. She and the infant girl found in her arms are the only survivors of the accident. Having lost all memories of her life prior to the event, Masane can't honestly say she knows the identity of the child found in her arms, but desires to raise the girl nonetheless believing it could actually be her own daughter. Six years later, homeless and all but penniless, Masane and her assumed daughter Rihoko return to Tokyo where she learns the mysterious jewel attached to her wrist all this time is an ancient artifact known as the Witchblade. Now Masane and Rihoko find themselves at the center of a power struggle all while trying to live a normal life as mother and daughter.
Masane's Witchblade power enables her to turn into an incredibly busty, super sexy demigod of sorts with super speed and super strength. As an unwitting employee of Douji Group Industries, Masane is charged with the task of using her Witchblade to eradicate mysterious but very dangerous creatures that roam the streets and murder innocent civilians. Masane dislikes her role in Douji Group and loathes her Witchblade power, but with her daughter's safety and security in the hands of her employer, she willingly takes up arms on behalf of Douji.
This anime is, quite honestly, a huge titfest. Even Masane's fellow apartment group tenants have come to know her fondly as "Melony" in light of her huge chest. But it isn't just Masane who is over developed. Many of the antagonistic women Masane encounters throughout the series are also very well endowed and that's why I'm here today.
Reina Soho
Reina Soho is a high ranking researcher working at the National Scientific Welfare Foundation (NSWF), a group who rivals Douji Group Industries in the area of Witchblade research. Reina herself is what's called a Neogene cloneblade. To be more specific, Reina owns a device called a cloneblade which is made to artificially simulate the power of the Witchblade upon herself. Reina is believed to be the most adept cloneblade at the NSWF, and is the obvious inheritor of the real Witchblade should the NSWF come to possess it.
Being incredibly independent and at times insubordinate, Reina withholds information about Masane being the owner of the true Witchblade from her superiors in a bid to claim it for herself in secret. Personally, Reina is a very cold and calculating individual who appears to be entirely devoid of human emotion. Everything she does is motivated by her sheer scientific curiosity and thirst for knowledge through experimentation. Later in the series, Reina discovers that Masane's assumed daughter Rihoko is actually her own biological daughter. Upon learning this, Reina's interest in Masane's Witchblade starts to wane in favor of learning what it means to be a mother.
Reina debuts in episode 1. Her final appearence is in episode 15 due to circumstances I will explain at a later time.

Shiori Tsuzuki
Shiori Tsuzuki is Reina's assistant. Shiori is a lesbian and harbors deep feelings of lust for her dear Reina. But Reina who is characteristically ignorant of feelings such as love and lust never returns Shiori's affections, and thus Shiori's feelings go unrequited.
Despite it all, Shiori is hopelessly devoted to Reina's cause, which is acquiring the Witchblade for Reina. To that end, Shiori eagerly pursues and attacks Masane with the use of her own cloneblade. During her first brush with Masane, Shiori's cloneblade becomes critically injured. Unaware of the extent her damaged cloneblade could effect her psyche, Shiori transforms again and completely loses herself in the carnal ecstasy that comes with the transformation. She goes on a psychopathic rampage murdering innocent people on her path to finding and killing Masane. She even rapes a corpse! She and Masane battle again, and just before Shiori is about to deliver a killing blow, she succumbs to her injuries and dies in episode 5.
Shiori in her human and cloneblade forms. Shiori's cloneblade is called "Diva".
I have more to add from Witchblade, which, with any luck, I will contribute tomorrow evening. In the meantime, enjoy some healthy fanservice from Shiori and Reina:

Which is exactly what I meant.Shiori is busty even by anime standards, Reina isn't really.

Re: Busty Baddies - List here.
(Witchblade continued...)
Nora
Nora is a very powerful cloneblade working as an assistant under Tatsuoki Furumizu, the head of the NSWF who has come to be affectionately known as "Father" to the public at large. Nora is unquestionably Father's number one subordinate. Feeling privileged to be working so close to the NSWF's most prized figure, Nora is coolly arrogant. She is also prone to fits of jealousy when other cloneblades receive Father's praise. But whether it's taking Maria shopping or kidnapping Masane's daughter Rihoko, Nora is all too eager to please Father's every desire.
When Father learns that Rihoko is Reina's biological daughter, he concludes she, too, must be qualified to inherit the Witchblade. He orders Nora to retrieve Rihoko at all costs. In episode 13, Nora finds Rihoko in Reina's possession. Reigniting her old rivalry with Reina as two similarly outstanding cloneblades, Nora happily engages Reina in a duel to the death in cloneblade combat. Nora falls at Reina's hands.

Maria (off topic)
I realize Maria doesn't fit in with the spirit of this thread, but I feel compelled to include her in my post by association with the other villainesses of Witchblade.
Maria is a second generation cloneblade. Unlike the first generation members like Reina, Shiori, and Nora who were all orphaned at childhood and recruited at an early age by Father, Maria is a test tube baby. She and her second generation brethren are raised in NSWF labs and their physical growth rate is rapidly accelerated. Father believes this second generation of cloneblade soldiers will surpass the first, and he has especially high expectations for Maria who inherited Reina's genes. However, as a side effect of the rapid physical growth rate, the second generation's mental capacities are not given enough time to develop with their changing bodies. As a result, Maria is like a six-year-old child in the body of a sixteen-year-old teenage girl. Despite it all, Maria is every bit Father's exemplary super soldier. She is at the top of her class in combat ability. But she executes no restraint, and shows no remorse. She has a reputation among her brethren for inadvertently killing her sparring partners. But as no other second generation member can stand up against her, many of them live in fear of what she's capable of. A selfish, spoiled brat, Maria dotes on Father, and Father spares no expense to please Maria's every desire.
As the series progresses, Maria becomes obsessed with finding out the identity of her mother. Father is hesistant to reveal that information to her at first, but he eventually comes around and informs her that Reina Soho is in fact her biological mother. Upon learning this, Maria is ecstatic to meet Reina for the first time. In her mind, Maria thinks her first encounter with Reina is fated to be the perfect mother-daughter reunion, and Maria can live the rest of her days as Reina's loving child. But her dreams are dashed when Reina makes it perfectly clear to Maria that she could never love Maria as her own child, or anything else for that matter.
Maria's fragile mind can't handle the stress that accompanies Reina's rejection, so she completely loses it and goes rogue. Upon learning that Reina has devoted all of her attention to being Rihoko's mother, Maria vows to kill both Reina and Rihoko for forsaking her. In episode 15, Maria finds Reina and engages her in fierce mortal combat. Reina quickly realizes she's no match for Maria and ultimately falls to her in battle.
Failing to find and kill Rihoko at this time, Maria's quest for vengeance continues for the rest of the series, ultimately becoming Witchblade's primary antagonist. In episode 19, she kills Father and anyone else still loyal to him and takes full control over the NSWF. Masane realizes that Maria has gone over the edge and cannot be redeemed. In the series finale, Masane and Maria fight, and Masane kills her. In Maria's dying moments, she claims to hear Reina beckoning to her.

Aoi (off topic)
Aoi is another second generation cloneblade member. She has the unique distinction of being the only sparring partner who Maria hasn't killed. Aoi and Maria become best friends, and Aoi seems to be the only person Maria truly confides in. Aoi is fanatically loyal to Maria, going so far as to attack Masane without any hesitation. Late in the series, Aoi falls to Masane in battle.
Aoi in her human and cloneblade forms. Aoi's cloneblade is unnamed.
Asagi
Asagi is another second generation cloneblade member. Asagi is generally aloof and disinterested in the happenings at NSWF, even when Maria starts a coup and kills Father. Invited by Maria and Aoi to join them in their quest for revenge against the world, Asagi reluctantly joins them. But her constant questions and criticisms of Maria aggravate Maria to the point of killing Asagi outright.

This concludes my contribution from Witchblade. I hope to have more busty badgirls to add from other anime in coming weeks.

Throwing the girls of Queen's Blade out there. Some of them are frighteningly endowed even by ecchi anime standards. I might feature some on this baord.

Re: Busty Baddies - List here.
Today's subject is Nina Hagen from Agent Aika.
Agent Aika is the ultra popular action-adventure series known for its rampant and unapologetic use of fanservice. Originally released directly to video in Japan in 1997, it was eventually licensed stateside by Central Park Media who released it on VHS in 1999; and on DVD in 2002. With Central Park Media now defunct, it is currently available through its new licensor Bandai Entertainment on DVD wherever DVDs are sold.
Agent Aika is about super agent Aika Sumeragi who is on a mission to stop the crazy megalomaniac Rudolph Hagen from destroying the world with a space-based energy weapon. Standing in Aika's way is Rudolph's personal army, the delmos. The delmos are made up entirely of beautiful women sporting scantily clad uniforms and cotton white panties. And at Rudolph's side is his right-hand woman and fiercely loyal sister, Nina, who hates Aika as much as she loves her brother.
This anime has been the topic of several posts on this forum over the years, but I can't recall anyone really devoting the topic of any such post to its chief female antagonist. Now this anime is known more for its panty shots (and there are literally hundreds of them) as opposed to its large breasts. However, as breast size is what this thread is all about, then we need look no further than Nina Hagen when talking about Agent Aika.
Nina Hagen
Nina Hagen is Rudolph Hagen's doting sister. Their relationship goes above and beyond a normal brother-sister relationship, as what Nina and Rudolph have is perversely sexual in nature. However, there is some debate as to whether they're actually blood-related, as they were both revealed to have been born genetically altered test tube babies. In any case, Nina is obsessed with Rudolph, and the jealousy she shows toward Aika when Rudolph takes a curious interest in her is the root of Nina's fierce rivalry with the titular heroine.
Throughout the anime's first four episodes, Nina and Aika spar multiple times. But after having battled her rival in hand-to-hand combat, with small firearms, and even dog fighting in jet airplanes, Nina is bested at every turn and humiliated to no end. Eventually, Rudolph presents Nina with a gift. It's a pair of panties that when activated will transform its user into a highly advanced and highly skilled fighting machine. With this, Nina is certain she can fight equally on Aika's level against Aika's own native transformation.
When their final battle occurs late in episode 4, it's clear Nina has the upper-hand on Aika. But as the battle wages on and Aika mounts a defining comeback, Nina's transformed state suddenly malfunctions and she completely loses control of her senses. Nina subsequently transforms into a hideous blob. She finds Rudolph, ensnares him in her new loving embrace which actually suffocates him to death, and flies off into outer space where her ultimate fate is left up to the viewer.

Nina Hagen in her human (left) and transformed states.
Nina is a cruel sadist. As the delmo's chief handler, she has no patience for failure going so far as to have her under-performing subordinates ruthlessly spanked as punishment. She is also an exhibitionist as you will see in the screen captures below, preferring to carry out her day to day activities in her underwear, or even topless.

Re: Busty Baddies - List here.
Drizzt, it might interest you to know that the second season of Queen's Blade is currently airing in Japan. All of the characters are back, and this season appears to be much more combat-oriented than the last.
