Batman Beyond - Return of the Joker - Clown Twins and Harley Queen.
So... Really neat movie. Check it out some time. The flashback Harley episodes contain major plot spoiler (which the rest of the clips manage to aviod) so you might want to skip them. Note: The movie takes place in a possible future, where Bruce Wayen is no longer Batman. Terry is.
Batman comes upon a gang robbing some tech. The gang includes two clown girls - the Dee Dee's - who seem harmless and frightened

Turns out that the Joker (major spoiler, considering the movie title) is back. The gang (working for him) is forced to explain their failure to him. Damn, the Joker is even cool when he monologues.
