There is - sort of.
Sienna Miller plays 'The Baroness', who works for the Joes' archnemesis organization COBRA.

However, she finds her loyalties divided and switches sides near the end of the movie. Her character survives to fight COBRA another day (if there's a sequel).

She's still fun to watch, though.

Even though she turns good she still kills a lot of innocent people and soldiers. Hopefully she turns evil in the sequel
