'Firestorm' - violent scifi b*tch Carmin [Karen Sheperd!]
In this generic, but clever post-nuke android scifi action flick (http://akas.imdb.com/title/tt0113067/),
kick-ass evil babe Karen Sheperd plays a small-time gangster moll named Carmin, the partner of a smalltime gangster.
The hero's twin brother owes them big time (1 million credits), but he gets killed. When the lookalike hero shows up and takes his brother's place, they think he is him and try to get the money from HIM.
Later, they kidnap the dead brother's gf and shoot her when she tries to escape. And they hold the hero's female cop partner and buddy hostage too.
They have crossed the line a few times too often to get through this flick alive, if you ask me. :-P

Wow - this is the most awesome post in a long time!! I've been looking for this for years. 
I love it when a hot, tough babe like Karen Sheperd gets to play a sadistic attack-dog bully. My only quibble is that she didn't get to beat the crap out of that guy in the final fight. Getting overpowered while wrestling for the gun was a bit of a letdown, but otherwise the death scene was good.
