Hey
Ok... I have no idea where to put this so... I'm putting it here
I'm not actually here for weight loss but I do think that what you are doing here is great. And very cool name by the way.
I'm creating a series of message boards called Light of Life and one of the subjects covered is going to be Obesity. I was wondering if you minded me advertising your message board on mine.
(I see no reason why you wouldn't but I figured I'd ask first)
My message board will contain basic information and info on where they can find help and I think this would be a great place for them to find it.
Anyway I had to turn off my PM's and Email links because of the nature of my site (it is likely that emotionally weak people will be using mine so I have rules to protect them). If you want my Email address just ask. OK? It might be easier talking then.
Also if you want any help with making this site (including HTML or whatever you need) just ask.
If you don't want my email address, can we talk here?

I changed my site so I'm not using runboard anymore

Oh and you don't have any links to your homepage anywhere in your site!!! after I went into your progress pictures I couldn't get to your homepage!!!!

That will work like this

Oh and you can put those onto this site as well if you want!!!
Go to "Control panel"
manage your site
then "Edit Layout/Colors of you board"
At the top click on "Manage Custom HTML Content"
and paste in there.
That looks complicated...
But it's not really
Anyway just a suggestion
