What do you do for your cardio?
I usually do the elliptical arc trainer. I use the Interval setting at level 10 (which gives me a resistance of about 70 I believe).
On my weight training days I do a 1/2 hour of cardio and on the off days I do a full hour.
I usually burn anywhere from 400-800 calories.

Re: What do you do for your cardio?
When I do cardio...which is rare these days and that is part of the problem I normally do the elliptical, treadmill, walk outdoors, water kickboxing, or Taebo. All either for 30 minutes or 1 hour.

Re: What do you do for your cardio?
I did plenty of cardio when I first started losing - tae-bo, belly dancing, hip hop and other dance workouts, even a circuit comprising of 1 minute skipping rope, 1 minute jumping on a trampoline, 1 minute running up and down the stairs, and 1 minute dancing like a lunatic to music.
As long as it gets you moving, it's good.
Now, I do 20 to 30 minutes two to three times a week - tae-bo, rock-climbing, dance workouts, yoga...anything, really, as long as it keeps me interested.
