House in The Clouds
Visited England this past fall and loved, loved, loved it. the people, the countryside, the history, London, Cotswolds, Cornwall...homesick for it all.
We took trip to village of Thorpeness where yours truly was born way back when. (American father stationed at nearby air force base.) I was only 3 when we left your country but I have clear memories of the village and the folly. What a surreal experience to see it again some 40 odd years later! Gave me chills.
Take a visit but do it in summer because they roll up the sidewalks and shut down the town in off season. Or pack a lunch.
Folly nerds unite!
