Easter
I was going on a four day boat trip. I was going to take my narrowboat Hunky Dory up the canal with the family, take in Shugborough Hall and have a good relaxing few days.
But the weather is really poor, and frankly all we're going to be doing is sitting in the boat watching the telly.
So its cancelled, I would have liked the boat trip, particularly as theres no skip so no radio, but alas, I'm not standing on the back of a boat freezing me nuts off in the pouring rain with a gale blowing up me kilt.
I will be active this weekend on the radio instead. Hopefully, with my fingers crossed and the wind blowing in he right direction, we'll have some conditions 
Also I'll take part, where I can, in the DXSS on Easter Sunday Hope to hear you all then

HI , WEATHER IS CRAP ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, UP HERE IN NORTHUMBERLAND ITS BLOWING 40 MPH FROM THE NORTH, AND SNOW ON THE WAY.
HAPPY EASTER!! ENJOY OUR FEW DAYS OFF WORK!!
GOOD JOB WE HAVE THE RADIO TO KEEP OURSELVES AMUSED. BUT NOT MUCH GOING ON THERE AT THE MINUTE EITHER.

i might be out somewhere this weekend, think i'm off to a offroad center on sunday so will have the radio on. might get out tomorrow for a couple of hours too. merry easter
