11m Rules
11m rules forever for me
And I use all the bands, often working 80, 20, 40 even 2 and occasionally 70cms. Also swl 6m but no-one is ever there mostly I have even been known to work top band
As well as 86, 45 and 21m 21m has been busier as of late as well, 2 div heard there, but not yet worked
This is the period though where 11m ops turn to other bands, because 11m is very quiet atm, last winter and the one before created many new M3/6's (Including me) and many new EC users. Hunger for radio contact and zzzzzzzzzzz constantly, is a great way to expand
However when 11m is active, we tend to drop all the others and get right back on the "main band"

Re: 11m Rules
the trouble with radio at the moment dave is NOT the bands BUT lack of users??
let me go a little futher 30 yrs ago i could go & sit on a hill on any nite & work lots of ground wave which i loved, try it now & i mite work 10 all day.
today nobody listens they switch to qrz .com or cluster if no activaty they will not call or work the radio.
now i've turned the radio on at some silly times or stiil been on at silly times and had some great contacts which would otherwise be missed??
--- 139 in any GOOD group??
