i think you can get these for £150-£170ish new, i paid £80 secondhand for mine and i love it.
I get good audio reports and the sound coming in is good enough to dx whilst mobile, i use the astatic on mine but i imagine they sound pretty much like a cobra 148 etc. The only thing i have to moan about is that it drifts until warm, once warm its stable as you like and doesnt budge. It does get cold over night in my van so i expect coils shrink and stuff but once warm no drift at all. I have spoken with loads of people local and dx and think the radio works well(hooked up to my b300p)

i love this radio and wont be selling it soon

I only "looked after" one of these for a short while.

I think it really is a class set, it feels and looks like a quality radio, it has good controls and a pukka digital readout. I only TX'ed once to test her and the report was incredible! "I'm not on my Icom" I said, no matter you sound as good as if you were was the reply.

I have very limited experience of 10-11m specific radios. However, I would definately have one of these emoticon

3 out of 5 emoticon

It looks remarkabley like a superstar 3900F, good budget radio but as mentioned they do drift a little till warmed up, but most 10 metre mobiles do
