Simple answer = YES
but its not very stable and will wonder like a nympho.
Its a job requiring alot of test kit to set up so not a DIY botch up thing.
Basically its a 5k pot in parrallel with the PLL ref register it lies to the PLL about the reference voltage.
I would get a different rig however its just not worth the hasstle.Hope that helps.
