Wise choice with the ts2000 mate, a lot of bang for the buck as one review said, but as far as im concerned as long as it says kenwood on the front your guarenteed great audio!

BTW, might be a good idea to travel together to Simons if its ok with you. Also maybe another as well? chip in for fual etc.

lol Keith, When i spotted a grant for sale at a car boot sale i decided id get back on the radio just on 11 metres, then i bought a ranger and then i sent off to get my old ham licence back, then bought the icom off you, its amazing how the radio bug can bite you again.
back in my cb days id spend all night on the radio and be doing some rediculous deals lol
my wife went mad when she found out i bought the icom, just wait to see how crazy she goess when i bring a decent hf set home lol.
as soon as i move qth i should be able to get you on the radio no problem.
deffo a wise choice with the ts2000 though im green with envy!
