Might be a bit late but could it be a Alliance HD-73????
The only reason why i ask is i came across this link http://www.29dl005.com/locations.htm and was looking at his shack pics and he was holding a rotator just like the one in the pic you posted...Hope it might help even though being a little late...Regards 26FB128
