Mic wiring for Kenwood TS480sat

Wondering if any of the mics I have will work well with my 480. I have a Turner +3, Astatic 108 Silver Eagle and a M6 teardrop hand mic. I have no wiring diagrams for them so if anyone has tried any of these I would love to know which-if any-would be better than my original hand mic. Hope this makes sense, been on the JD all night!Hic

Hi Al, you will not regret wiring the Teardrop 575-M6 mike to your TS480 they sound good on any radio, they work on kenwood rigs very well. I have the D104 Silver Eagle type mike and find it is a little bit toppy (a lot more treble than bass).
The Turner mike also can sound a bit over the top I have found (if they are not set up properly).

As far as I remember about the wiring on the Astatic mike you can ignore the yellow and Black wire, the White wire is the PTT, the Red is the Audio and the Blue can be used for the screen,

Teardrop - Teardrop - Teardrop!!!
