BHI noise cancelling thingy NEIM1031
I have invested in an external DSP niose filtering thingy, at first I thought I had wasted my money, but now I've had it a few days and I'm learning to use it properly its a really good peice of kit. You can really filter out all the noise completely.
Some stations would not be heard very well or not even heard at all can now be pulled out and providing they can hear you it works excellently.
Sometimes I've had great difficulty making a contact because I cant hear the other station even though he can obviously hear me. Either because or QRN, QRM and sometimes just a very noisy band, but this gadget, in conjunction with the filter on the radio can get rid of all interference and you can concentrate all the sound on what you want to hear.
Bit expensive for what it is, and a bit of an extravagance, but now I've got it and got the hang of using it, I wouldnt be without it.
