What i your returns policy?
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Items - If you return a product within 30 days having taken good care of the item and the item still has all its packaging, we will refund you the amount you paid for the product, minus the postage and packaging costs.
Faulty Goods - If you receive an item from us that is faulty please e-mail us at info@goodfromevil.com within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. We also ask that you return the goods to us via Royal Mail recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage then we will refund the postage amount you paid.
