When am I likely to receive my order?
Most orders placed and paid for before 3:00pm GMT Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
We will despatch your order via first class standard delivery through Royal Mail or via courier depending on the weight. However as we cannot guarantee that the external postal services will be on time, please leave upto seven working days to receive your order. Some items such as the Slate Ouija Board weigh a substantial amount, we have calculated the automatic postal costs to show this increase and to cover courier costs.
Orders placed after 3:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.
Please also note that during times of peak seasonal demand (for example Halloween and Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.
