Re: Oh dear, David...

It's very similar (apart from the word "his") to a certain line in Star Wars: A New Hope, said by Darth Vader as he senses Obiwan and co on the Death Star...

Hm... maybe I'm reading too far into this?! emoticon

Would you believe that Star Wars is such an integral part of my life experience that I quote it without even realising I'm quoting it? emoticon

Always thought of Dave as a "Trekkie" than an errr... "Star Wars" beggar.
Remember, phasers stun, blaster's kill!
Ha ha!

To be fair though, Dave raises a valid point.
I must confess to unconsciously nicking the (very) occasional Star Wars quote in every day life.
Though I prefer to mangle 'em somehow.

And they're still not a patch on the delightfully cheesy Trek ones!

I certainly do. Now aren't you glad I'm not as far gone as you (yet!) and am here to point such things out to you? emoticon

So do I get to be the new "Unprized Reader" for pointing that out? emoticon

Technically to win an un-prize you have to spot an "error" and then explain it away to save my embarassment, but just this once...
