At the end of issue 34 Sara carried(?) a demon absorbing shield to defeat the Avatar and in the process got her (quarter demon) powers absorbed.

Any reference to pregnancy by Dave is simply mis-direction. I can find no direct evidence of any pregnancy causing activity involving Sara.

Fred had an assignation with a blonde at one point but Sara had an alibi.

James was offered an oppotunity (by his mother! Sara was not consulted.) and turned it down.
