Re-reading

Yep, I'm re-reading the entire series, and I have to say, I'm enjoying it twice as much as I did the first time! I'm 'getting' lots of little bits and pieces that I missed.

I can't believe that I missed the Highlander quote (courtesy of Chi-Yun) the first time round. emoticon

I suppose I have to add my congratulations for David for writing such an absorbing series that doesn't get boring when you read it again. emoticon

Maybe I should make a checklist of all the "pop culture" references emoticon

I've been meaning to read this for a while, and finally read it all today. Good work.

Did you ever make the pop culture list...

I missed Highlander and Thriller, but picked up Donald Duck three times, Scooby Doo twice, Peter Pan, Godzilla, Batman, Jaws, and a couple more. I do think making Chu look like Velma was a bit OTT though.

Well, the Huey, Luey, and Duey was one, they worked with Don - Donald, who was everybodys "favourite uncle". Yeah, Duckisms are throughout your entire comic.

Oh, of course. (I was only thinking of Chi-Yun's transformations.)

You might also notice (but not if you blinked) that they worked for a man named "Ed"...

That honestly wasn't why I picked the name, but somebody pointed it out to me later... emoticon
