Schedule

The first draft of issue 40 is complete but it still needs some work before I publish it. I'm aiming for publication on Friday 22nd, though I can't guarantee it as there is a lot going on in the next couple of weeks.

If I miss that deadline, I'm going to declare an official "skip month" and publish #40 in January (probably the weekend of the 6th/7th).

I'm giving advance warning so that you won't need to spend your precious holiday time nagging me. I'm so considerate emoticon

Re: Schedule

Very minor computer failure here at Heroes Headquarters. Consequently, I'm making no promises about the appearance of a January issue. And if anybody's e-mailed me recently... it might be a while before you get an answer.

Re: Schedule

Just a minor schedule update...

Issue 42 is in the bag, just waiting a final edit before going on line. I'll aim to publish it tomorrow night.

It's the first of a 2-part story, with #43 almost finished so an early April publication for #43 seems to be on the cards.

After that I have a bit of complex plotting to make the next few issues fit together properly and lead into another major storyline. #44 might be a bit of a character-introspective "filler" issue to give me some breathing space. If that doesn't work out, I'll use May as a "skip month" so I can get ahead of myself. In which case I'll slot in issue #2 of Strikeforce so it looks like I'm actually doing something emoticon

Now you all know as much about it as I do so you can ridicule me as it all goes wrong...

Yes, ok, despite working on #44 for three months I still haven't finished it. Mainly because I'm really unhappy with the plot.

To divert attention, I've released issue #3 of Strikeforce earlier than planned.

I'll aim for a July appearence for #44 but I'm not promising the result will be any good.
