Forum Rearrangement

I've shuffled some forums around a bit, basically moving Bulletins and General Discussion up above the Archives. It's a very minor change, but they were in danger of getting lost as the number of issues in the Archives increased.

Re: Forum Rearrangement

A bit more streamlining... I'm amalgamating early issues by "volume", each volume consisting of 12 issues. (Yes, it would make more sense if I could keep to monthly deadlines!) This will still let people discuss early issues but without me needing to keep dozens of forums with one or two posts each.

I'll have to rename threads when I amalgamate them, so it's obvious what issue each relates to. Expect a bit of chaos for a while until I fnish this.

The number of forums is getting slightly insane again so I think it's time to roll up the forums for issues 25-36 into a single "volume 3" archive. Nobody posts about anthing that far back anyway.

I'll do it as soon as I have a spare half hour...
