I've had the plot outline for the issue and even some key scenes written since... er... probably since issue 1 first appeared! It's another one of those explain-all-the-background issues that I feel compelled to do every now and then, and I'm not satisfied that it's made a good story. I've jiggled the scene order and rewitten the dialogue several times and got something that sort of works. Hence there will be a bit of a delay. It may appear next weekend, but don't hold your breath.
