Food!
Hey everyone, who loves food? (Suddenly, I really want some ice cream.)
I love absolutely all food excpet two things: cillantro (a gross herb that looks similar to Italian parsley but tastes like soap) and those odd salty licorice things. They seriously make me feel like I have a nosebleed.
Fresh salmon sashimi, or lox (a type of moist, smoked salmon) are my favourite foods. I also adore all types a sushi and sashimi, especially scallop cones. I love miso soup - a simple, tofu-based soup, and I always try to have some at the start of a sushi-eating session.
I also love Thai food, Italian food, Canadian food, French food... you name it. I love chocolate of all sorts, especially pure dark chocolate or the kind with a nougat centre.
Use this as a forum for posting recepies as well! Share the goodness.

Re: Food!
Pizza. Mmmmm. I have a good recipe for Flap Jacks which I'll post later.

Flap Jacks!
Here is the Flap Jack recipe;
100g Butter
90g Golden Syrup
75g Soft Brown Sugar
225 Rolled Oats
Melt butter, syrup and sugar in a saucepan over a low heat.
Stir in oats and mix well.
Spread into a greased swiss roll tin and press down well.
Bake at 180 C for just over 25 mins (26 to be exact).
Leave in tin for 5 mins and then cut into peices.
Remove from tiv when cold/cool.
Store in air tight container.

Re: Food!
Oooh, I love artichoke hearts. They're really good in fusili sauce too, with olives, tomato sauce, capers and some other good stuff.
Potstickers! *drools* Oh how I love those. There's a Japanese equivelant too, quite similar to the Chinese ones.

Re: Food!
Food? I love food! I'll eat practically anything, except what Merry said: intestines, guts, and any thing of the sort. I'm not that fond of celery, either, but I'll eat it if I have to.
Some of my favorites include: potstickers (I used to not like them, but I do now), artichoke hearts, anything containing sugar and lots of other stuff...

Re: Food!
Is tea included under "lot's of other stuff"?
