If you need help, have any questions, or you wish to donate several million dollars to us, or if you have trouble posting, send a PM to me or fill out a help form.




Announcements: Important:HVEL will be relocating to a Proboard, which is currently under construction. It's been great here, hosted by runboard, and this was a great way for me to start out, but due to the more advanced, efficient, manageable, and interchangeable features, I have decided to move HVEL to there. This board will always be here, as a sort of museum to the past HVEL and the promise of the future.

1. You may close or delete threads for good reason.
2. Moving is fine, as long as it's to the right place.
3. For 1-day, 2-day, and 1-week bans, use your own judgement. Only ban for a good reason.
4. 1-month and 6-month bans should be left in the hands of administrators.
5. All ban lengths longer must be left with me.
6. Don't unhide any threads in the off-limit forums, nor the forums.
