Announcements: Important:HVEL will be relocating to a Proboard, which is currently under construction. It's been great here, hosted by runboard, and this was a great way for me to start out, but due to the more advanced, efficient, manageable, and interchangeable features, I have decided to move HVEL to there. This board will always be here, as a sort of museum to the past HVEL and the promise of the future.

I actually have seen a UFO. Come to think of it, it looked like a plastic grocery bag, but grocery bags do not fly two hundred feet in the air when it's not windy, do they? emoticon

It's alright. I was able to bribe--*ahem*--convince the judge to give him a three month sentence instead of a thirty years to life sentence.
Oh, editing out some of the "o"s so the page isn't too wide.

My view on aliens:
Well from Mars. I think there is a possibilty that there was life on Mars. As of now I think the only life are small one cell, highly undeveloped amebo. Or along the lines of such.
I see Mars as a underdeveloped Earth. Life may be starting to form, very small life. I'm guessing life on Mars will be seen long after we are dead, or when we inhabit it.

Anyways, back on aliens in general. In my opinion, I'm about 98% sure that there are aliens. But, I also think no alien has reached Earth. I think every alien planet with possible intelligent life, is simply too far away to reach us yet. Although it is possible, I still doubt it. As someone wise once said "The only two things that are endless are the Universe, and human stupidity" I Believe this. I think there is no end to the Universe, because all galaxys are spreading away from eachother, making the universe bigger, thus an endless Universe. Making it harder and harder to reach different galaxys.

But of course there can be life in our galaxy. Which is highly possible, and I would not be suprised. So, yes, I am sure there are aliens in this galaxy, if Earth has come in contact with these aliens is a different story.

That reminds me of something I read somewhere, not sure exactly what it said, but it was to the effect of:
In a galaxy with 100 billion stars, there must be at least one million intelligent civilizations.

And the Milky Way has over 200 billion.
